The brewery says

Brewed using premium malt and locally grown chestnuts from the hills of Beechworth and Stanley. Its light hop characteristics are derived from the locally grown hop variety Galaxy. A light flavour profile and distinct nutty notes from the chestnuts in the mash.

Does what it says on the label

Geoff: A pale bastard. Chestnuts add an overlay of tasty dryness. Great with cheese platter.
